SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 5–10 business days. Many products are produced especially for each order.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:
• Sweden: 2–5 business days
• Other EU countries: 5–10 business days
• Countries outside the EU: 7–20 business days

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, holidays or customs delays.

You will receive a confirmation when your order has been dispatched. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct. If your order arrives damaged, contact annika@preciouspeople.se as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs of the package and item.
